Stockdales is a special charity in Sale Cheshire that focuses on bringing supported independent living to disabled children and adults. Part of their work is to provide good homes in ordinary communities. The house in Fownhope Avenue in Sale is now complete and will be home to 6 people in early 2022. From personal experience our trustees know about the excellent work the team at Stockdales do in enabling the people they work alongside to lead their lives to the full. Each and every one of us deserves the chance to live a meaningful, dignified and fulfilled life.
As Emma Morris, Stockdales CEO, says: “The new house will be a vital resource in the local area. Our other four homes help people with the highest needs live like everyone. Most importantly, they are a home for life and an invaluable lifeline to countless family members too.“
