Lifeshare is a member of our Homeless Hub and has been tackling homelessness in the Manchester area since 1985. We have supported the Lifeshare Christmas project for the past 3 years. This is a longstanding and special programme which goes from strenth to strength. Christmas 2024 offering made three meals a day available to the homeless running for 7 days from 23 to 29 December.
Ellen from Lifeshare sent this report about the huge success achieved in 2024 despite the charity having to deal with severe financial challenges. What is truly inspiring is the number of volunteers who make this programme possible. Without them there wouldn’t be a Lifeshare Christmas for the homeless.
